I’m drawn to designing for the moments when complex software has to work under pressure: in hospital corridors, security operations centers, and other high-stakes, regulated environments, where a confusing interface is not merely an annoyance but a risk. The clinicians, security teams, and other professionals who work in such environments need products and experiences they can understand and trust.

Having worked across healthcare, security, energy management, analytics, and mobile, I’m a research-driven designer who likes getting close to the problem. I thrive on talking with users, understanding the business, collaborating closely with product and engineering, and staying involved through implementation.

I’m based in the Boston area and have been an active member and leader in the local UX community for many years, including serving as Chair of BostonCHI.
